Then all they worry is drive through and it takes forever for them to bring food to the counter. This is second visit in as many weeks and service sucked both times.
Staff is super friendly. Our order was not fulfilled correctly: kids' happy meals were missing drinks and toys, but the cashier was quick to rectify once notified.
Husband and I ate here recently and we both got the 4 for 4. Same exact meal, the double stack one. Our fries were fresh. But our burgers were literally cold. As if they had been sitting out for a while. The nuggets were only marginally warmer. I couldn't even eat it and when I went to say something suddenly couldn't find someone at the counter. I was supposed sick later. Gross. If you are going to claim to be fresh never frozen, at least microwave the stupid food.
Person taking order does pay attention and keeps asking what you want and you have to re-Pete yourself over and over and it still wrong. And this was a simple 3 item order.
Once again we were in Drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for our food to be ready. Had to go in to finally get it? Really. 4 or 5 cars were served while we sat their waiting for two burgers and fries. Never got a drink ornour receipt. Thanks. Kindly please TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!
Wendy's has really stepped it up. These last 2 visits to two different units have been excellent. Reminded me of the first Wendy's I went to 40 years ago.
I like Wendy's, and this may not have been their fault, but I had a near catastrophic digestive adventure afterward. That being said, the service was fine but slow like most Wendy's are.
