Very disappointing! Food was barely warm and mediocre. Building old and run down... We'll not be back

Very friendly waitress I loved her. I ordered chicken wings honey bbq . They had a really nice flavor but they were cold inside?? I don't think they were completely cooked. Other than underdone chicken wings, the rest was good.
This restaurant if you want to call it that is in an old old terrible run-down building. I'm told they've improved their food since the last time I ate there. However the hood location is not appealing to me. I don't want to have to wear a bulletproof vest to go get a chicken sandwich that broke my teeth out the last time I was there.
