The app doesn't clearly specify what comes on the specialty pizzas. I got a pizza with bacon on it because apparently that's what it comes with even though it's not in the description of the pizza. When I called to see if there was a way to exchange the pizza with bacon for another, the girl on the phone was rude. I explained I didn't get what I ordered and she responded with, "Ummmm well, we made it exactly the way the screen showed it." She didn't even ask who I was or what my order was. I'll be deleting the app and using somewhere else for pizza from now on. We paid almost $40 for two large pizzas, I should be able to expect better customer service than that and the updated app sucks.

The service was extremely poor, and the staff were rude and acted as if I was a major inconvenience.
