I ordered a pizza today at 11:10 for my employees. I was told they would arrive around 11:40-11:45. At 12:15 I called back to check on them and was put on hold for 9 mins. I hung up, called back and the employee told me to hold on once again. I told him no and that I wanted to know where my order was. He once again put me on hold as he talked to his Mgr.. 7 mins later still no answer as to where our pizzas were or when they would deliver. At 12:55 our pizzas arrive cold. So, I did what anyone would do and denied the order. The Mgr. called back to our business with an attitude and told us he would make sure he wrote us off and would never sale or deliver to us again. Customer Service at its finest folks!!
Ordered a sandwich and waited for delivery after the tracker said it had been taken out for delivery an hour prior I called the store and was told they had ran out of chicken and tried to call but I had no missed calls of voicemail. Associate said it had never been made or processed yet their track was updating to say it had
Food is disgusting and so is the attitude of the ppl that work there. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE !!!! Wouldn't have given it even 1 star if I didn't have to to leave this review
Ordered online order was WRONG they lied and said they called my number provided on the order and it said disconnected. I told who I was speaking to that the number was in fact the number I was presently talking to him on. And they didn't provide me with any ranch for my chicken #
Took well over an hour to receive our order. The pizza was cold and hard as was the cinnamon twist’s. I recommend skipping this location as better options are available.
